Job Description

Sunlighten’s Salesforce Developer will thrive at the intersection of innovation, customer experience and smart tech solutions. You will develop and maintain all integrations, including between NetSuite and Shopify, ensuring data consistency and operational efficiency across platforms. As a data driven decision maker, you will apply your strong analytics and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and develop effective solutions. 

In this role, you won’t just build systems-you’ll share experiences. We’re seeking someone who can harness the power of technology and automation to craft seamless, intuitive and delightful customer journeys. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex challenges into elegant solutions that allow our customers to feel great and do more of what they love.

Duties/Responsibilities:   

• Own and continuously enhance the full customer experience (CX) across all digital touchpoints by developing scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. 

• Leverage Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Knowledge Base to support high-touch customer engagement and streamline operations. 

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, Zapier, and other third-party platforms to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency. 

• Customize and extend the Salesforce platform using Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and deploy scalable applications via the Heroku platform. 

• Utilize Salesforce Einstein to create intelligent, automated support experiences and actionable insights. 

• Proactively identify and implement platform enhancements that elevate both internal processes and external customer satisfaction-delivering a luxury, white-glove brand experience. 

• Serve as a strategic partner across teams to assess current-state customer journeys and recommend technology-driven innovations with measurable impact. 

• Stay current on Salesforce ecosystem updates and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation at Sunlighten. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with complex system integrations.
• Proven expertise in backend services, enterprise service integrations, APIs, and middleware (Zapier, MuleSoft, etc.)

Technologies:

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Experienced with Salesforce Einstein, Knowledge Base, Account Management, and Agentforce.

• Skilled in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

• Hands-on experience with Heroku platform deployment. 

• Fluent in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. 

• Strong in API and third-party integrations.
