Key Responsibilities of the Frontier Sales Representative:

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers for all questions, comments, and concerns regarding their services
• Collaborate with the Frontier Sales Representative team to ensure flawless execution of direct sales and customer service initiatives
• Implementing negotiation and persuasion strategies to overturn customer objections and confidently close sales
• Participate in daily meetings with senior Frontier Sales Representative leaders to discuss sales strategies, customer service goals, and leadership development opportunities
• Help track and analyze with the Frontier Sales Representative team customer interactions and sales performance
• Assist the Frontier Sales Representative team by generating sales leads, creating a referral pipeline, and evaluating the sales lifecycle

Qualifications and Requirements for theFrontier Sales Representative Role:

• 0-2 years of experience in client services, sales, restaurant, or retail is highly desired
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to confidently close sales
• A natural leader with the potential to step into leadership roles as you grow within the company
• A passion for learning and developing skills in sales, customer service, and leadership
• Excellent customer service, management, and sales skills are a must
• Excellent public speaking skills or the willingness to learn how to present in front of a large group of people
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
