Job Title: QA Analyst (Manual Testing, RTM, GIS, UAT Public Sector Preferred)

Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid-Local Atlanta candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Test custom-built applications, including GIS components
• Create, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Analyze test results and report defects, issues, and anomalies from an end-user perspective
• Support Agile testing activities throughout the SDLC
• Collaborate with business partners, PMO, vendors, developers, and analysts to understand requirements
• Ensure testing is completed on schedule; identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
• Assist business SMEs and BAs in developing UAT scenarios and executing UAT
• Prepare and manage Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM)
• Participate in defect triage meetings, sprint demos, and reviews
• Prepare UAT instructions and facilitate UAT execution with end users
• Perform various testing types including system, regression, performance, security, and post-go-live validation
• Provide weekly status reports to the QA Testing Lead

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in software testing projects
• Experience testing mid-scale to large-scale systems
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to review and analyze system, business, and design documentation
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and/or automated testing
• Proficiency in documenting test cases, test results, and defect reports
• Experience preparing test data and validating UAT readiness
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• System testing, regression testing, QA testing
• Performance, load, and security testing
• Parallel/comparative testing
• Business continuity and disaster recovery testing
• Post-implementation testing and validation
• Mobile application testing (preferred)
• Experience with GitHub and ServiceNow
• Familiarity with defect management tools

• Quality assurance best practices and standards
• Creating and executing manual test scripts
• Running functional and integration tests
• Experience supporting public sector projects

• Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST)
• Certified Test Engineer (CSTE)
• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
