• Deliver edited videos within a week of recording, with some projects requiring same-day turnaround
• Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and execute shoots efficiently
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand style across all content

Requirements

• Proven experience filming and editing YouTube or social media content, preferably for entertainment or group channels
• Proficiency with Sony A7III, A7IV, or equivalent camera equipment
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement for digital platforms
• Ability to work on-site in New York City and adapt to flexible shoot schedules
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for viral video trends
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
